Limited Return Policy

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, packaging images and the order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Corporate or bulk orders
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards (if applicable)

International Orders

All international orders are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for international orders except where required by applicable law or where an incorrect item has been shipped by us.

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
• Customized and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
